Every day we are faced with having to make choices. Some are unimportant...shall I wear the white top or the black top? Shall I have coffee or tea? Others are of great import...should I marry this person or not? Should I take the job in Cape Town or not?  Then there are those emotional choices that we make without recognizing that we have a choice, simply a reaction or response because we are being led by our feelings or fears.

The amazing thing is that we get to choose BUT the essential thing is that we choose Life in every situation. Ask yourself, is this decision, if I simply react, is it going to produce life and hope in me OR in others?

 

Philippians 4:8-9 Finally brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble,whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praise-worthy - meditate on these things. The things which you have learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the peace of God will be with you.
